What is covered
For one year from the date the product is delivered, Flock Block warrants that the device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used normally and in accordance with the supplied instructions.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to products purchased directly from Flock Block or an authorized seller. Proof of purchase may be required.
What we will do
If a covered defect is confirmed, Flock Block will, at its option, repair the device, replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater functional value, or refund the original purchase price. Replacement products or parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days after replacement, whichever is longer.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover ordinary cosmetic wear; normal battery-capacity reduction over time; damage caused by accident, liquid, excessive heat, misuse, neglect, unsafe or incompatible charging equipment, unauthorized modification or repair, improper storage, or use outside the supplied instructions; or products with removed or altered identifying labels.
The warranty covers battery defects, but not the gradual capacity loss expected from a rechargeable battery during normal use.
Privacy-performance boundary
Wireless environments and scanner behavior vary. Flock Block does not guarantee anonymity, detection of every scanner, prevention of every form of tracking, or a particular outcome against optical license-plate readers or other systems outside the product’s supported wireless functions. Those limitations are not hardware defects.
Making a warranty claim
Email contact@flockblock.app with the order number, a description of the issue, and any useful photos or video. Do not open the enclosure or ship the product until you receive instructions. You may be responsible for safely backing up or removing any information associated with a companion service before returning a device.
Your legal rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
