Service and device requirements
Flock Block VPN provides an integrated WireGuard-compatible service for VPN Router mode. A compatible Flock Block device, internet access, and current device software may be required. Each subscription is intended for use with one Flock Block device at a time unless the checkout description expressly states otherwise.
VPN Router can provide private Wi-Fi to up to three connected client devices at a time. Performance and availability can vary with the customer’s internet connection, radio conditions, device load, service maintenance, and conditions outside Flock Block’s control.
Prices and automatic renewal
The monthly plan is $5.99 per month. The annual plan is $59.99 per year, a savings of $11.89 compared with twelve monthly payments at the current price. Prices are in U.S. dollars and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method at checkout and automatically at each monthly or annual renewal until canceled. A plan change or future price change applies as disclosed and as permitted by law.
Prepaid hardware bundles
A device bundle may include one prepaid year of Flock Block VPN for each Flock Block in the selected pack. The product checkout displays the complete one-time bundle price and the number of included devices before payment.
Prepaid bundle service does not renew automatically. At the end of the included year, continued VPN access requires the customer to choose a new prepaid or recurring plan at the price then offered. Activating, using, or letting the prepaid term expire does not create a recurring charge.
Cancellation
You may cancel before the next renewal by emailing contact@flockblock.app from the subscriber email address. Include enough information to identify the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and the plan will not renew after that date.
Canceling the VPN subscription does not cancel, return, or refund the separately purchased Flock Block hardware device. Hardware returns remain governed by the Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy.
Refunds and service problems
Subscription charges are not prorated for unused time after cancellation except where required by law. If the service is materially unavailable or does not activate as described, contact us promptly so we can troubleshoot and provide any correction, service credit, or refund required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, interfere with networks, send abusive or fraudulent traffic, or evade lawful service restrictions. We may suspend access reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service or others, comply with law, or address nonpayment.
Privacy and security boundaries
VPN Router protects traffic that is actually routed through its encrypted VPN connection. It does not make a user anonymous and does not protect traffic that bypasses Flock Block. Websites, apps, accounts, cookies, payments, device identifiers, cellular networks, and other parties may still identify or profile a user.
Information associated with the service is handled as described in the Flock Block Privacy Policy. No online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security.
Changes and contact
We may update the service or these terms for future billing periods. We will provide any notice of a material change required by law. Questions, cancellation requests, or service problems may be sent to contact@flockblock.app.
