Eligibility and customer information
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information and to update us promptly if it changes before shipment.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or legal and regulatory requirements. An automated checkout confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for shipment.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
Price, payment, and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize Flock Block and Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the order total, including any disclosed shipping charge and applicable taxes.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, or similar charges that apply to your purchase unless they are collected at checkout. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship only to eligible United States addresses. Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly state otherwise. If we cannot ship within the promised time—or within the period required by law when no time is stated—we will provide any notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.
Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law. Please inspect the shipment promptly and contact contact@flockblock.app about loss, visible damage, or an incorrect item.
Returns and warranty
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy. Product defects are covered by our One-Year Limited Warranty. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms of Sale.
Lawful and responsible use
You are responsible for using the product lawfully and in accordance with its instructions. You may not modify or use it to jam, disrupt, damage, gain unauthorized access to, or unlawfully interfere with communications, networks, devices, or services. The product is not a safety, emergency, medical, navigation, or life-support device.
Product descriptions and availability
We try to describe products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by display and ordinary manufacturing tolerances. Features that depend on third-party devices, radio conditions, software, or scanner behavior may vary. We may change or discontinue products, provided that any product shipped materially conforms to the description accepted at purchase.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flock Block will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a purchase or use of the product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flock Block’s aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or certain personal-injury claims.
Changes and contact
The Terms in effect when you place an order govern that order. We may update these Terms for future purchases by posting a revised version and effective date. Questions may be sent to contact@flockblock.app.
