Where we ship
We currently ship only to eligible addresses in the United States. Stripe Checkout validates and collects the shipping address. We do not currently accept international shipping addresses through the website.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping to an eligible United States address is included in the advertised $89 purchase price. If an optional expedited or special delivery service becomes available, its additional charge will be displayed before payment and will not be added after the order is placed.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are prepared in the order they are accepted. Any processing or delivery estimate supplied in an order confirmation, shipment notice, or checkout message is an estimate rather than a guarantee unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
If we cannot ship within a promised period—or within the period required by law when no specific period was promised—we will provide any delay notice, consent request, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
Tracking and delivery
When carrier tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information associated with the order. Carrier scans and estimated delivery dates are controlled by the carrier and can change after shipment.
Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law. Please inspect the package promptly after delivery and retain the packaging if the shipment appears damaged.
Address changes, loss, and damage
Email contact@flockblock.app as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. We can update or cancel an order only if the change reaches us before shipment processing makes it impractical.
For a package that is lost, damaged, or materially different from the order, email contact@flockblock.app with the order number and any helpful carrier information or photographs. We will provide reasonable next steps and any remedy required by the Returns Policy, Limited Warranty, or applicable law.
