Canceling an order
You may request cancellation at any time before your order ships by emailing contact@flockblock.app with the purchaser name and order number. If we can stop the shipment, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return under the policy below.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the carrier marks your order delivered. The device must be in like-new condition and include the original accessories and packaging. Reasonable handling needed to inspect the product is permitted, but products damaged through misuse, modification, or improper packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Before sending anything back, email contact@flockblock.app for return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or returned to the sender.
Return shipping and refunds
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refundable. If the product arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, Flock Block will provide reasonable return instructions and cover standard return shipping.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, normally within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact@flockblock.app with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos if they help show shipping damage or an incorrect item. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer troubleshooting, replacement, repair, or a refund.
Non-returnable items and abuse
We may decline a return for a device that has been intentionally damaged, materially altered, subjected to unsafe charging or use, or returned with missing essential components. This limitation does not reduce any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law or the Limited Warranty.
